Work Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (PH Time)

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Partner at Staff Domain you will own delivery end-to-end for offshore clients across Australia. You will control the brief control the process control the pipeline and close roles without drama.

You will operate as a business partner not an order-taker.

What Youll Do

Youll be the kind of person who:

Own roles end-to-end from calibration to offer acceptance with zero hand holding
Lead client conversations confidently pushing back on unrealistic expectations with data and expertise
Always run hot candidate pipelines and escalate risks early not when its already failing
Pre-close candidates continuously and manage objections before they become problems
Control timelines counteroffers and decision-making without coercion or surprises
Update clients before they ask and never allow roles to drift
Keep Zoho clean current and accurate in real time (if its not in the system it didnt happen)
Mentor junior recruiters by example

What You Bring

Were looking for someone with:

610 years of recruitment experience in agency RPO or BPO environments consultancy is also a good match
Proven experience in high-pressure multi-role client-facing delivery
Strong sourcing capability (you dont rely on others to save your roles)
A track record of closing roles not just progressing candidates
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
