The Opportunity

Orrcon Steel Manufacturing is looking for a Manufacturing Team Member to join our team based in Unanderra. Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands. 

Youll join our dedicated small team in supporting our operations ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. Youll receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities.

In this full-time permanent role your roster will see you working rotational shifts Monday Friday. You will start on day shift working 7am-3pm eventually rotating between day and afternoon 2pm-10pm.

What Will You Do

Working within a collaborative team environment youll receive ongoing training and support to learn to: 

• support and promote a safe working environment
• operate machinery to process and manufacture our products
• safely pack and strap our steel products and monitor products for quality control
• drive forklifts and operate cranes
