Your Opportunity:
This role combines strong technical expertise functional knowledge and leadership to drive improvements in workforce planning scheduling compliance and analytics. The Team Lead will oversee both current and legacy systems ensuring seamless data flow integration and reporting to support business continuity and process enhancement.
Lead the design configuration deployment and ongoing support of workforce management solutions
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements understand workforce needs and deliver effective tailored solutions.
Lead and manage integrations between UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems
Design develop and maintain robust integration workflows with comprehensive error handling monitoring and data validation.
Develop optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries stored procedures and scripts to support reporting analytics and system integrations.
Serve as the subject matter expert for WFM configurations integrations reporting and analytics across both modern and legacy platforms.
Suggest and lead improvements that make workforce operations smoother keep the business compliant and improve user experience while reducing issues from older systems.
Create and maintain documentation for workflows integration specifications and governance processes to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
Mentor and guide team members on best practices for configuration integration and data management.
Lead testing troubleshooting and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of workforce systems.
Stay informed on UKG Pro WFM updates and ensure timely adoption of new functionalities and capabilities.
Demonstrate adaptability by supporting other systems and technology initiatives as required.
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
Degree in IT Computer Science or related field
Strong communication collaboration and customer-focused mindset
6 years experience implementing/supporting workforce management solutions including UKG Pro WFM and Workforce Central
Strong system integration expertise using Dell Boomi (Boomi Professional Integration Developer Certification required)
Hands-on SQL experience (complex queries optimisation troubleshooting)
Experience with API design data mapping and integration error handling
Solid understanding of HR/payroll systems and data governance
Ability to manage legacy and current systems concurrently
Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
