The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Care Manager (RCM) to lead our team at our Taree Residential Aged Care Facility. This pivotal role provides leadership direction and coordination across all aspects of clinical care staff management and operational excellence in alignment with Newcastle Anglicans Mission Vision and Values.
As RCM you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards deliver exceptional consumer care and drive continuous improvement initiativesall while managing resources effectively within budgetary parameters.
This is a full-time position based in Taree NSW a vibrant regional hub known for its stunning riverfront relaxed lifestyle and proximity to beautiful beaches and national parks.

Role & Responsibilities
- Champion Newcastle Anglicans Mission and Values in all interactions and decisions
- Oversee clinical governance care quality and compliance with statutory regulations
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including Clinical Care Coordinator RNs care staff lifestyle and hospitality teams
- Drive workforce planning staff development and performance management
- Ensure person-centred care that exceeds industry standards
- Manage budgets occupancy targets and operational efficiency
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in geriatric nursing and/or dementia care (AHPRA registration required)
- Qualifications or demonstrated experience in management/leadership within health or aged care
- Current Drivers Licence NDIS Check and willingness to obtain a National Police Check
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex environments and lead by example
