Civil Engineer (Building) – Project SupervisionConstruction Management

• Oversee all aspects of civil construction activities including structural architectural and finishing works for large infrastructure buildings. 
• Ensure that construction works are executed as per approved designs specifications and project schedules. 
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety quality and performance standards. 
• Monitor daily site activities and resolve technical or operational issues during construction.
• Review and interpret civil designs drawings and specifications for large infrastructure buildings. 
• Ensure proper integration of civil works with other disciplines such as mechanical electrical and plumbing systems. 
• Provide technical guidance on construction methodologies and material selection.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards such as NBC IS codes and other relevant guidelines. 
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental guidelines and quality standards. 
• Implement sustainable practices in construction to meet green building requirements.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure that all works meet project specifications and standards. 
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify any deviations. 
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including test reports and compliance checklists.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports test reports and as-built drawings. 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering (mandatory). 
• Masters degree in civil engineering or construction management (preferred)

Additional Information :

• Certification in construction management or green building practices (e.g. LEED AP PMP or equivalent). 
• Experience in managing civil works in live environments such as operational airports or malls. 
• Strong problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills. 
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage on-site teams and contractors.
