As Field Marketing Manager for EMEA you will play a central role in driving growth across a highly competitive region.
Youll design and execute localized go-to-market initiatives from high-impact campaigns and activations to thought leadership programs that resonate with agencies advertisers and publishers while staying aligned with our global strategy.
Reporting to the Field Marketing Director this role bridges global strategy with local execution to accelerate our expansion.

What you will bring
Proven experience in field marketing GTM or campaign execution in adtech AI SaaS or digital media vendor
Ability to adapt global strategies to local market dynamics
Strong knowledge of EMEA markets (deep UK experience is a plus) and buyer behavior
Track record of working effectively in multi-stakeholder organizations
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Excellent storytelling and content creation skills
Fluent or Native in English; other European languages are a plus
This position can include feedback loop from business partners but is not a not a client-facing role. The Field Marketing team will not manage direct interactions with accounts.

Qualifications:
5 years of experience in Field Marketing Sales Enablement Product Marketing or a similar strategic marketing role
Experience with the Adtech sector
Demonstrated mastery of creating high-impact sales narratives and materials. A portfolio showcasing previous work (pitch decks GTM plans) is highly encouraged.
Expert proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint Keynote Canva) with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
Deep understanding of sales methodologies pitch strategy and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple persuasive benefits.
Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
A structured business-minded thinker who is proactive meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced global tech environment.
