Job Descriptions
1. Raw Material Supplier Sourcing (Direct Material: steel metal plastic and chemicals)
2. Ordering Managenment
- Steel Quantity Booking
- PO Releasing & Adjustment
- Supplier Delivery Follow-up
- Cargo Reception (Matching PO Invoice and Cargo Quantity for each delivery
3. Supplier Payment Handling
- Invoice Matching
- Cascading BaD to domestic steel mills
4. Inventory Management
- Monitor the inventory level at Slitting House and Supplier Warehouse
- Report to management if there is risk of shortage / aging stock
- Update the material inventory data
5. System Mainntainence
- Maintain & Update the latest price leadtime MOQ in Oracle
- Supplier data management
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Good English competence
3. Over 5 years related material supplier management experience
4. Oracle/ERP user
