Job Summary
Daily IRCAT3 & QIM) cases management
Product failure analysis with related department.
Quality service on job site and quickly response(coordinator for customer complain handling)
Propose onsite solutions to customer with other departments.
Solve hot issues and FL escalated issues of improvement request
Support quality feedback teams key quality issue and urgent case.
Provide necessary support to FL as a contact window.
As employee be responsible to follow up the EHS regulations and work instructions.
