Travel Expense EMEA Lead

Primary Function of Position: The Travel & Expense Analyst is responsible for the auditing and processing of expense report reimbursements using Concur.  This role will also be responsible for reporting across all aspects of T&E analyzing employee expenses and corporate card expenses.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Audit expense reports in accordance with our travel policy using Concur expense system.
• Train employees to comply with travel policy and federal reporting requirements.
• Provide the information required during monthly compliance audits.
• Perform monthly uploads from Concur to SAP for expense bookings and monthly accruals.
• Complete region-specific month end reporting and provide to internal stakeholders.
• Monthly reconciliation of T&E account.
• Maintain Concur data such as cost center updates and active/inactive status.
• Maintain strong relationships with employees and work closely with end users to ensure reports are filed timely.
• Assist employees in reconciling their corporate card and Concur accounts.
• Maintain corporate card profiles and manage employee balances to avoid delinquent balances.
• Provide customer service training and support of Concur.
• Ad-hoc Concur and corporate card reporting.
• Contribute to special projects as required which includes various cross-functional teamwork.
• Compile quarterly scorecard to production forecasts.
• Compile quarterly watchlist of non-compliant employees.

Qualifications :

Skills Experience Education & Training:

• BA in Accounting preferred.
• 3 years expense reporting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur.
• Knowledge of Corporate Card Reporting and Tools (UBS/Barclays) a plus
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Very good level in English.
• Excellent reporting skills.
