We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to manage end-to-end order processing billing and day-to-day communication with customers while supporting internal this role you will ensure smooth and accurate execution of all customer service activities for Poland with additional support across EMEA as required.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team and finance department on calculating the price and preparing the offer for the customer. And Tender applications.
Maintain consistent relationships with customers by providing support information collecting requests complaints etc. and enter them on Salesforce (in polish and Russian).
Coordinate customer requests that require allocation of tasks to the right functions and manage recurring tasks.
Process daily domestic and international invoices
Input and operate data in SAP Salesforce and maintain filed documents
Support the manager on improvement projects and in administrative tasks
Prepare reports like Intrastat and waste reports
Organise transport and collections for the customer
Purchase merchandise
Operate as the backup for other customer service members
Support the EMA customer service team where needed
Work with customer platforms
Work with legal to check contracts and coordinate with all parties involved
Support Office administration in internal functions like: Place purchase orders for office stationary catering supplies distributing incoming post and welcoming guests.
Month-end closing provide collection of all invoices for the external accounting company.
