Job Description

TheConsolidation Analystsupportsthe monthly consolidationandclosingprocess as well asreporting to the Group addition this role is instrumental in preparing thebi-annual external financialstatementspreparation incompliancewith IFRS. She/he hasfocusesonthe application of accounting standards and the development of accounting guidance/trainingsandoverseesspecific accounting areas (esp. share-based payments accounting administration impairmenttestingand financial instruments). Additionally thepositionsprovidesaccounting support to local finance teams.

KeyResponsibilities

Support the monthly consolidation and closing process including reporting to the Group CFO.
Prepare consolidated annual and interim financial statements in full compliance with IFRS.
Independently manage share-based payments accounting (IFRS 2) quarterly calculations and forecasts.
Lead the annual impairment test (IAS 36) and handle other key IFRS topics (financial instruments treasury shares etc.).
Act as an IFRS expert for global finance teams preparing memos advising on complex transactions and delivering trainings.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting/finance professional qualification (CPA ACCA CA or equivalent).
68 years of experience in group accounting consolidation advisory or audit.
Strong expertise in IFRS (especially IFRSand IAS 19 36).
Excellent analytical skills attention to detail ability to work under pressure and advanced Excel.
Fluency in English; experience with consolidation tools (HFM/FCCS) is a strong advantage.
