As a Landscape Architect with Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL you will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision and use your expertise to create innovative and sustainable designs.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct site analysis and research to gather information on environmental geographical and cultural factors that may impact the design
- Select appropriate materials and plants to incorporate into the design considering factors such as climate soil conditions and maintenance requirements
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines for client proposals
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of the design
- Monitor and inspect construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes and techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape design preferably in a professional setting
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of plant materials construction techniques and landscape design principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client preferences
