I have a client located in the Alpharetta/Roswell GA area who has an opportunity for a Landscape Hardscape Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years managing hardscape and landscape construction projects. In this role you will be a Landscape Hardscape Project Manager for a client that is in the hardscape and landscape construction industry. You will be responsible for managing site development work from concept to completion for commercial multi-family and institutional projects including hardscaping and landscaping this role you will prepare proposals estimate budgets and track costs.

This role must be performed on-site and in the office.

Job Requirements

4 years of experience managing hardscape and landscape projects
Understanding and experience with concrete required
Knowledge of blueprints and construction documents
Ability to run a project from concept through completion prepare proposals and estimatebudgets
Track project costs
Ability to read CAD drawings
