Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to join our team. The Commercial Director will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities including sales marketing and business development. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Analyze financial data and create reports to inform decision-making
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers suppliers and industry professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
