Location: Lisbon(Hybrid)
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 18:00
Start Date: early January 2026
Salary: 23000euro per year 2500euro relocation bonus (paid in the first payslip) bonus & benefits

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team and drive performance across key client campaigns.
What Youll Do
- Optimize and monitor Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI
- Support digital marketing strategy across multiple channels
- Provide insights reporting and recommendations to improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment
- Ensure continuous campaign optimization using best practices and analytical tools
What Were Looking For
- German language proficiency
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
