Job Summary
Who We Are:
Were a family-owned manufacturer of custom attachments for heavy construction equipment. Were looking for an Automation Specialist to join our team to help support our customer journey! This position is hybrid remote based out of Bedford Pennsylvania.
What Youll Own:
- Build smart CRM workflows (lead nurture abandoned cart post-purchase).
- Automate order-status emails/SMS (shipped delayed ready for pickup).
- Reduce friction from quote to purchase to fulfillment with dynamic tools and follow-ups.
- Manage SaaS vendors (Zapier Twilio Stripe webhooks etc.).
Youre a Fit If You:
- Are 2 years deep in HubSpot Klaviyo or similar.
- Have built 10 complex Zapier/Make scenarios.
- Are comfortable with JavaScript in CRM custom code or Python scripts.
- Obsess over where customers drop off and how to fix it.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Shopify Twilio HTML email templating.
