Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.

  • Clear and well-defined strategies for driving sales growth.
  • Established customer network within the assigned territory with a track record of maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement and client-focused initiatives.
  • Leadership experience in coaching teams addressing performance gaps and implementing corrective or disciplinary measures when necessary including oversight of compliance and integrity issues.
  • Direct experience in retail sales (not limited to major accounts).
  • Superior technical and market knowledge compared to team members enabling authority respect and inspiration.
  • Proven success in increasing market share and driving sales growth within the Heavy Equipment industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) from any discipline with verified graduation status through Forlapdikti.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years as a Sales Manager in the Engine industry or as Branch Manager / Regional Manager / Sales Manager in the Heavy EquipmentEngine sector.
    • Direct experience in rental sales of Engine units such as Gensets (excluding Product Support or Service).
    • Prior background in direct selling as a Salesman or Key Account representative.
  • Industry Focus: Power Systems (Genset Retail).
    • Well-acquainted with the regional landscape and business environment across Sulawesi Makassar Papua and Maluku.
