Job Description

Conducting visits for collection to Tunaiku customers who are in arrears in their respective buckets.
Conducting investigations and searches for Tunaiku customers who are in arrears.
Negotiating the settlement of Tunaiku arrears.
Minimize all kinds of risks that arise as a result of the billing process.
Responsible for achieving the set targets.
Coordinate with related units both internally and externally in carrying out strategies and achieving targets.
