Job Summary

Nilfisk is a leading global provider of premium cleaning products and services.
Our main product lines are floorcare equipment vacuum cleaners and high-pressure washers.
We are looking for a Quality Manager who feels at home also on the production floor. If you have strong technical background enjoy working with people and want to develop your team both professionally and personally this is your opportunity!
Your New Role
You will report directly to the Site Leader VP Head of Operations and lead a dedicated team of 10 professionals including team leaders engineers and technicians.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Quality management
- Organize the control of incoming components quality and manage complaints with suppliers.
- Manage IQC data in SAP
- Defines production quality control (EOL IPQC LPA) and documentation
- Drive RCCA process with engineering and production teams to improve production quality
- Lead corrective action planning on production related customer complaints
- Supervise incoming quality measurement room and responsible for measurement tools/calibrations in production
- Cooperate with global quality team escalate supplier issues to SQDE team adopt global procedures support global initiatives
- Quality Systems and audits
- Maintain and improve ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards.
- Organize internal external audits
We value the experience you bring
- You hold Bsc or Msc degree at technical sciences supplemented with qualification in quality management or relevant experience.
- You have engineering experience in production and in people management role.
- ERP system knowledge (SAP is an advantage).
- You speak and write fluently both in English and in Hungarian.
- You demonstrate outstanding communication skills at various levels of the organization.
- You are flexible and have the ability to adapt to changes.
- You demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
