As a part of the Growth team you collaborate closely with other disciplines within DPM to understand our services offerings and solve the challenges of our clients in the best possible way.
Your Role in Shaping the Future
As a key member of our sales team you will not be shy about reaching out and making an impact. Your role is crucial for business development and you will learn how to execute successful sales processes to help us achieve our sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
Cold Calling: Youll confidently make cold calls to potential clients including Heads of and C-Level executives. You are comfortable navigating through gatekeepers and can articulate DPMs value proposition with ease.
Active Outreach: You will identify potential clients through online research including on LinkedIn based on our ideal customer profile definition and further criteria and write compelling follow-up emails and messages.
Sales Support: You will provide essential support to the sales team by preparing prospect lists.
Event Participation: You will play a crucial role in our companys event participation including conducting research creating lists and providing remote support while the team is on-site.
Data Management: You will help maintain and update our CRM system with accurate customer information and sales activities. You will also assist in creating and updating sales reports and analyzing data to find key insights.
Your Value-Add
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Sales or a related field
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs Sheets Slides) experience with Lead Generation Tools and Airtable Software are nice to have
Experience with Pipedrive Apollo LinkedHelper2 Atlassian Jira and Miro are nice to have
Teamwork skills
Structured way of working
Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and adapt in an agile environment
Fluency in German and English min. B2 Level
Ideally you have already gathered first experience in sales customer service or related roles.
Based in Berlin or Munich.
