We are looking for a colleague who has a genuine interest and passion towards the operational side of HR. Youll be working closely with Wolts country team in Germany supporting locally on different HR related tasks. Please note that this is a part time position (50% FTE) with 12 month fixed term contract.

What youll be doing

• Employee document administration such as maintenance of personal files (hard copy and electronic)
• Taking care of Post related tasks
• Collaborate with our Office Management team on topics that overlap
• Support HR Ops and People Partner in preparing presentations for different events
• Support the ongoing set-up of HR processes and tools
• Organizing Team Activities

What we expect from you

• Youre willing to invest time to learn more each and every day.
• You are a strong communicator with advanced German and fluent English skills.
• We hope you have a problem-solving and can-do attitude combined with networking skills.
• You should also work well in a team.
• You master the basic PowerPoint Excel and Google Workspace skills to be able to support your colleagues.
