About the Role
The role of Senior Business Analyst at the ABC is to provide expert analysis on complex technology-based business processes and advise on the design and implementation of sophisticated information technology enabled solutions that address business needs. This role is critical in ensuring that business process improvements are delivered to the widerorganisation.
As a member of theBusiness Readiness PracticeinPortfolio and Delivery Services-intheProductand Technology division youwill work autonomouslyon some initiatives and with business analysts and change managers on collaborate with business and technology stakeholders and coach and support other members of the project and practice team to helpfacilitatea positive working environment.
You will also:
Ensure business processes aremet ata high leveland areaccurately represented inevery phase of the projectincludinghandover documentation and transition activities.
Liaise with and manage stakeholder expectations in a transparentcommunicativeand productive manner.
Conductdata and business process modelling and improvement using online tools to collaborate and manage user stories.
Undertake peer review and mentor junior team members to ensure quality deliverables andassistwith skill development.
About You
Significantexpertisein analysis of complex information technology systems and business processes.
Well-developed ability to logically qualitatively design and implement moderate to complex information technology solutions for medium tolarge sizeorganisations.
Demonstrated success in information technology and business process improvements.
Outstanding skills in process modelling datamodellingand system design combined with an outstanding ability to apply theoretical technical knowledge to business requirements.
Must be able to work as a team member on complex projects effectively interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders developinggood relationships.
Excellent written and oral communication skills including ability to explain technical issues and clarify business requirements with a diverse group of project stakeholders.
Proven ability toconceptualiseand think creatively work independently to provideaccurateestimatesand work efficiently to meet project commitments and aggressive deadlines.
