What Youll Do
Own your territory as an Account Executive: prospect qualify and close deals in the Turkish market.
Build consultative relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders challenging conventional learning approaches and demonstrating goFLUENTs business impact.
Develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI for clients.
Lead mentor and inspire a team of sales executives overseeing recruitment onboarding training and performance management.
Set team targets and KPIs monitor performance and provide coaching to achieve ambitious sales goals.
Collaborate with Business Development Marketing and Customer Success teams to close high-potential deals.
Represent goFLUENT at events and exhibitions and travel to client sites as needed.
What Youll Need
3-5 years experience in B2B sales and at least 2 years leading a sales team.
Proven ability to develop motivate and grow a team of sales professionals.
Strong consultative selling skills comfortable engaging with senior managers and C-suite executives.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities.
Proactive personable and results-oriented thriving in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Familiarity with social selling and LinkedIn for business development.
SaaS or international experience is a plus.
Experience in Training e-Learning or HR services is advantageous.
Minimum B2 English level.
Bilingual/Native in Turkish.
