About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a IT Support Officer where you will play a key role in delivering the signature service and operational excellence that define RIU Phuket.
In this role youll thrive in a serene yet vibrant coastal setting being part of a pioneering hotel that introduced the 24-Hour All-Inclusive concept to Asia.
What Youll Do
- Manage and maintain the hotels IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware issues ensuring data security and system integrity.
- Play a key role in supporting our technological operations to ensure seamless guest and staff experience.
- Solve regional IT incidences logged in our corporate software RIU Support.
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication in English is a MUST as you will work with the IT team at our head office in Europe.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware networking and system administration. Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- A diploma in Computer Science or a related field. School leavers with a passion for IT are also encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the IT field is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills with a willingness to learn and be part of a collaborative team
