What are we looking for
Due to our continued international growth we are seeking a Sales Executive based in our Miami FL office to actively develop and expand our presence across an assigned sales territory in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect new customers through cold calling lead generation and market research.
- Develop business within assigned customer segments and sales territories.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored technical-commercial solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships converting opportunities into sustainable business.
- Open new accounts and aggressively pursue new market opportunities.
- Plan and carry out frequent business trips within the region to visit clients and prospects.
- Represent Venair at trade fairs exhibitions and industry events.
- Prepare quotations follow up on offers and support the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales activity in the CRM system.
- Perform other sales-related tasks as required to support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (Engineering Chemistry Biotechnology Business administration or related field).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales preferably in technical industrial biomedical or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in cold calling lead generation pipeline development and closing deals.
- Strong commercial drive and genuine passion for sales.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- High level of commitment autonomy and resilience.
- Valid drivers license and availability for frequent travel.
