The Role: Retentions Agent (US Market)

Youll engage customers looking to cancel understand their needs and turn the situation around.
Its fast-paced high-energy high-reward work and perfect for anyone who thrives in sales.

Working hours:
US hours 2pm to 7am (rotational depending on roster)

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
6 months experience in sales telesales or retentions
Neutral English accent (youll be speaking to US customers)
Strong persuasion skills & confidence on the phone.
