Job Description

CT製品の商談発掘からクロージングに至るまでISSと連携して顧客との強固なビジネス関係を構築する
詳細な製品知識とその顧客アウトカムである臨床的経済的ベネフィット製品ポジショニングバリュープロポジションソリューション情報を有しそれらを使ってプレゼンテーション等での効果的な差別化を行う
チーム全体の知識力向上のためにその知識やスキルをタイムリーにチームメンバーにシェアする
セールスプロセス上の早期ステージを含む各ステージにおいてISS/BSL/ZLと連携しジョブ全体のストーリーを理解した上でジョブ戦略を検討次のアクションを提言し実行する
現場の放科Dr 臨床科Dr放射線技師CXO事務との関係構築を行い重要な決定権者の特定そのニーズを探り他社との差別化を含めた提案をする
担当製品ソリューション戦略その他提供物に関して競合他社の動き市場の動き等に応じてISSに対し適切なトレーニングを実施する
現場や競合のデータから市場トレンドを分析しエリアでの戦略を策定ISS/BSL/ALを巻き込んで実行に移すと共に常にその振り返りを行い次のアクションに繋げる
ISS/BSL/ALと連携して担当ブロック製品においてのKOLとのネットワークを構築する
プロダクトマーケティングやフィールドマーケティングとともに効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用セミナーを通して市場でNPIのインパクトを最大化する
医療系学会技術大会にて会社を代表し製品ソリューション会社を宣伝する
常に顧客の臨床的ニーズを模索しOne GEHCとして横断的に社内メンバーと協力しCare Pathwayに沿った顧客へのソリューション提供を行う

Required Qualifications

CTモダリティーに関しての専門知識を有し診療放射線技師の経験あるいはCT営業技術またはCT営業としての経験が3年程度以上あること

戦略的な取引交渉を含めた営業等の経験があること

Sales等のプロセスにおける問題解決の過程において外部および組織チームメンバーをつないだ経験があること

複雑な問題の本質を把握しポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること

担当地域内を出張が可能であること

業務上の自動車運転が可能であること
