The Commercial Specialist will execute commercial activities to expand new business in the market through promotion coordination documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Market & Business Support

  • Conduct basic market research data collection and competitor tracking under manager direction.
  • Support the preparation of business documents including presentations reports pricing comparison tables and launch plans.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Execute planning and operational tasks related to product launch marketing materials events or customer communication.
  • Support distributor and partner documentation meeting preparation and follow-up tasks.

Customer & KOL Interaction

  • Prepare meeting materials meeting notes and follow-up action items.
  • Collect customer feedback and incorporate it into reports for internal stakeholders.

Additional Duties

  • Support the origination team for a specific sector or region with opportunities to interface with clients.
  • Gain an understanding of the competitive marketplace.
  • May also support general office administration for the team.
  • Broaden knowledge of sales territory product lines markets sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic experience in Sales & Outside Sales.
  • Education level comparable to a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and functions.
  • Ability to work with high accuracy responsibility and adaptability in changing environments.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
