Job Summary

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for daytime food prep and an occasional night in the kitchen. Baking experience a big plus.

We prefer at least two years of experience working in a fine dining kitchen with the ability to follow recipes closely and maintain a high standard of quality.

This is a full or part time position with weekends included.

Responsibilities:

Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.
Prepare package and label from a prep list
Report to work on time and communicate effectively
Be respectful and cooperative with all of the restaurant staff
