Job Summary
Food Truck Crew Member
Location: Tampa FL (Must travel to brewery locations; reliable transportation required)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Flexible hours including weekends/evenings)
Pay: $14/hour tips (average total earnings: $24/hour)

About Us:
Were a rapidly expanding food truck business bringing amazing food to Tampas top breweries! With new trucks launching soon were looking for driven team members who want to grow with us.
Your Role & Growth Path:
- Start as Crew: Master food prep (burgers fries etc.) customer service and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Prove Yourself: Show leadership Youll train for Assistant Manager Food Truck Manager roles as we expand.
- Future Leaders: Top performers will oversee their own truck manage teams and earn higher pay bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food operate equipment and maintain cleanliness (50 lbs lifting required).
- Deliver friendly efficient service to brewery customers.
- Able to work in extreme heat/cold and tight kitchen spaces with 23 teammates.
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations (reliable transportation required).

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in English is required for clear communication with customers and team members regarding orders safety and operations.
