Your Team Responsibilities
MSCI Index Data Operations team provides high quality and differentiated equity data for construction of MSCIs products such as Equity Indexes Risk Models and ESG Ratings.
TheFloat & Index Eligibility Analystwill play a key role byfrequentlyreviewing asset screening datasuch as index eligibility free float and liquidity. Additionally the role involves contributing to datamethodologyenhancements and addressing external client inquiries across multiple markets
Your Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of index eligibility screening methodologies and the data quality rules applied in index construction. Conduct thorough quality checks on data managed by the team.
- Perform regularquality assessments of data ensuring accuracy in line with product and index review schedules.
- Manage client queries related toindex eligibility screening data ensuringtimelyandaccurateresolutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and applications used by the Float and Index Eligibility team.

- A self-driven work ethicwiththe ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure deadline-driven environment.

- Attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with good logical aptitude.
