In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Own and maintain the Work Instructions (WI) and process documentation repository (e.g. SharePoint) including version control governance routines and audit readiness.
- Create and update process maps SOPs/Wis templates and control checks to ensure consistency across MSOL MEA Customer Care operations.
- Facilitate periodic process reviews to validate adherence to standards and identify gaps risks and opportunities for simplification.
- Provide proposals for customer RFQs including review of technical and commercial requirements data sheets model number validation/creation buy-outs pricing lead time sizing and answering technical clarifications.
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting to provide timely accurate visibility on KPIs quality metrics and throughput.
- Lead targeted continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving (e.g. DMAIC) translating issues into actionable solutions and measurable benefits.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering IT Analytics or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in process improvement analytics/reporting and enabling automation/low-code solutions within a shared services operations or customer care environment.
