Job Summary
Role: Business Analyst
Priority Location: Philippines
Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) EST
Salary Range: $1300 - $2000 USD (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
Type of job: RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Owning the documentation of the product
- Conducting research to answer employee or customer questions about the product integrations etc. and documenting the findings
- Researching and documenting new features or functionality that the company is looking to build
- Running surveys doing gap analysis data modeling and other research-oriented tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience ideally in a junior to mid-level business analyst or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Xero and Figma
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal handholding
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable providing ideas and feedback not just executing tasks
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
