About The Opportunity

In this role you will support leaders to identify skill and capability needs coordinate training activities and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and operational readiness. Youll assist with inductions safety and technical training manage early-career programs such as traineeships and apprenticeships and use our Learning Management System (LMS) to track progress and produce reports. Your work will help shape a culture of learning and development that benefits both our employees and the community.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

Mandatory:

  • Certificate level or higher qualifications in a relevant discipline (administration adult education workplace health and safety business).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Qualifications Training Framework and competency-based training.
  • Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver training activities across a diverse workforce.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Desired:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Experience liaising with Registered Training Organisations and managing apprenticeship programs.
  • Familiarity with digital content or instructional design tools.
