Job Summary
Elk Grove Power Sports is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Elk Grove CA. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory management coordinate with suppliers and lead a team to ensure efficient and accurate parts operations that support our commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department including inventory control and ordering.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead train and motivate the parts team to achieve department goals.
- Process orders and returns efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure parts availability and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze parts inventory and sales trends to optimize stock levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in parts management preferably within the powersports or automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
