Patient Access Representative
Part-Time Monday and Tuesday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and Wednesday (8:00 am - 12:00 pm) No weekends or holidays
Keystone Patient Access Center is seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our this role youll be the first point of contact for patients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism accuracy and compassion. Were looking for someone who is motivated adaptable and eager to grow in a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly (by the third ring) and professionally.
- Identify the reason for the call and provide appropriate assistance or information.
- Route callers to the correct individual or department as needed.
- Schedule reschedule and manage appointments via phone Solution Reach or EMR systems.
- Book incoming referrals in a timely manner.
- Assist with mailings and administrative projects when call volume permits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Proficiency in telephone systems and computer applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus but not required.
