Deputy Nurse Manager - Supernumerary

24 per hour 40 hours per week

In this role youll help lead a warm person-centred care environment working closely with the Home Manager to uphold outstanding clinical standards. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN who enjoys blending hands-on clinical leadership with meaningful relationship-building. What Were Looking For

RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) or RMN Registered Mental Health Nurse
Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager
Ability to understand and adhere to CQC standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to engage with service users and their families

Responsibilities

Engage with service users to understand their needs and provide exceptional care
Carrying out supervisions
Maintain a good working knowledge of CQC standards
Build and maintain working relationships with external care professionals families visitors and the staffing team
Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
