About the Role
The successful candidate will be an organised professional and engaging leader with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will be comfortable building positive relationships with staff residents and relatives while ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the effective maintenance implementation and development of internal processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a robust schedule of supervision quality checks and mock audits.
- Leading motivating and supporting a diverse team of skilled professionals.
- Embedding a culture of continuous personal development and regular performance review.
- Thinking strategically and independently to sustain full occupancy.
- Actively contributing to marketing initiatives including promotional materials and social media content.
About You
We welcome applications from candidates with a Care or Clinical background as well as those who can clearly demonstrate strong directly transferable leadership and operational management experience. A passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

John Whitgift Foundation is committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of young and elderly people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All applicants will be required to comply with all safeguarding procedures including an Enhanced DBS check.
All our staff take part in a structured training programme which is tailored to each individual and is geared to help them to offer the high standards of care that are expected in a Whitgift Care home.
