We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive for a premium mobile and laptop showroom who will be responsible for greeting customers understanding their requirements providing product demos and ensuring smooth sales transactions in a premium digital showroom environment. This role requires excellent communication skills strong product knowledge and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Handling & Assistance
Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their needs.
Provide accurate information on mobiles laptops tablets smartwatches and accessories.
Guide customers in selecting the right product based on features comparisons and budget.
Offer personalized assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Product Demonstration & Presentation
Give hands-on demonstrations of smartphones laptops and other gadgets.
Explain product features specifications offers and after-sales benefits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new launches latest technology trends and competitor models.
Ensure display products are fully functional and well-presented.
3. Sales Achievement
Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
Practice effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Convert walk-in customers into successful sales.
Promote premium models extended warranties insurance and accessories.
4. Billing & Documentation
Assist customers with billing and payment processing.
Handle basic paperwork like warranty cards invoices and product registration.
Coordinate with store management for stock availability and delivery.
5. Showroom Maintenance & Display Management
Ensure the display area is neat clean and visually appealing.
Organize product shelves demo units and promotional materials.
Report any product damages or technical issues to the manager immediately.
6. Customer Follow-up
Maintain a record of customer details for follow-up and repeat business.
Inform customers about new arrivals offers and upcoming promotions.
Ensure a smooth after-sales experience by coordinating with the support team.
7. Team Coordination
Work closely with fellow sales executives cashier and store manager.
Support team members during peak hours and events.
Participate in daily sales briefings and training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 02 years of experience in retail sales (electronics preferred).
Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Basic knowledge of smartphones laptops operating systems and accessories.
Ability to engage customers and explain technical features in simple words.
Good sales attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience from similar electronics showrooms like Apple Samsung Croma Reliance Digital or multi-brand outlets.
Enthusiastic disciplined and target-oriented.
Should be presentable and comfortable dealing with premium customers.
