Job Summary
Our client an established construction contractor with operations across multiple provinces is seeking four experienced Construction Supervisors (Site Agents) to lead site operations on significant construction projects in the Northern Cape Mpumalanga and Free State regions. These immediate opportunities are for seasoned site management professionals with proven track records on large-scale projects.
Requirements:
- National Diploma or BTech in Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of site supervision/site agent experience in construction
- Must have completed 3 or more projects valued at R40 million or above (This is a non-negotiable requirement)
- Proven track record as Site Agent on civil engineering or renewable projects
- Experience managing sites with 40 employees or more (Essential requirement)
- Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade operations
- Willing to relocate/travel to Northern Cape Mpumalanga or Free State
- Valid drivers license
