Job & Company Description: As a Customer Support Agent youll manage incoming customer interactions via calls emails and other channels. Youll provide accurate product information process orders and resolve Level 1 (L1) technical queries efficiently. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Education:
NQF Level 4 or equivalent in Electrical Mechatronics or related technical field
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer support role
Fully L1 technically ready in EM product range
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy with ERP and Workspace systems knowledge
Ability to multitask and adapt to change
Experience in a technical or industrial environment
