On-site in Lisbon Social Media B2B Advertiser Support 6 -month contract
We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support advertisers of a leading global Social Media platform. We want someone with solid experience in paid campaign management strong troubleshooting skills and the drive to elevate the advertiser experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and implement service improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support across email and chat channels.
- Take full ownership of advertiser queries collaborating with in-house Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical generic or - product-related issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and consistent communication during the entire case lifecycle.
- Meet and exceed service levels across all channels ensuring best-in-class productivity and fast resolution times.
- Partner with internal technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features best practices and common issue types.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or service program within an AdTech company.
- Strong familiarity with Social Media platforms and basic understanding of digital advertising.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation
- Base salary: 915
- Complexity Bonus: 200 (paid over 11 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 net per working day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Work Schedule
Initial schedule:
- Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 19:00
- Shifts: 07:0016:00 or 10:0019:00
- Later stage (date to be confirmed by the client):
- 24/7 operation rotating shifts
- 2 rotating days off
