Applications are invited from internal and external substantive Chief Inspectors on promotion as well as transfer opportunities for external substantive Superintendents.
Applicants must be suitably experienced competent and credible for immediate promotion to rank of Superintendent in the West Midlands Police.
In all but exceptional circumstances candidates must have a minimum of 2 years substantive promotion to the rank of Chief Inspector and have demonstrated effective leadership across two different command responsibilities at this rank.
