Role description:
Dialog is looking for a high-performing results-driven Account Executive to focus on new logo acquisition in the mid-to-enterprise segment (accounts ranging from 600 to 2000 FTE). This is a pure new business role with around 25% self-sourced pipeline and a deal cycle of 59 months. The ideal candidate brings 35 years of B2B SaaS closing experience has consistently exceeded quotas and is ready to take the next step in their career. Youll be responsible for closing deals in the 30K100K ARR range with an annual quota of 400K500K ARR.
You will play a key role in shaping a high-performance sales culture bringing energy ambition and a hunter mentality while maintaining the charisma to win trust and build strong client relationships.
Must haves:
35 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (think early/mid 30s)
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Experience with complex deal cycles (59 months) and deal sizes (30K100K ARR)
Dutch-speaking
High energy driven results-oriented
Hunters mindset with farmers charisma
Inspirational team player who contributes to a high-performance culture
Comfortable with hybrid work and client visits (company car included)
Nice to haves:
Background in HR tech or experience selling to similar decision makers
Salary range & secondary benefits: UP TO 90K100K base salary (incl holiday) 4 months of commission uncapped (20-30K) Company car/Car allowance
