Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our regional HR Delivery Hub. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations supporting business partners and driving global HR initiatives. Acting as a mentor within the team you will deliver high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle and provide cover for the HR Delivery Lead when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise HR service delivery processes for the lead country and wider region.
- Drive an exceptional employee experience from onboarding to engagement and development.
- Mentor and coach junior HR team members.
- Apply and develop HR policies ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
- Support complex employee relations cases and analyse trends to improve management capability.
- Assist with annual compensation processes and governance improvements.
- Maintain accurate people data and use analytics to inform decisions.
- Support global Culture & Talent initiatives locally.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent; HR/business qualification preferred.
- Minimum 6 years HR experience including HR operations and complex ER case management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data reporting.
- Fluent in Dutch and business-level English.
