This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND Practice Lead to join our childrens services as we make significant investments in our SEND services including the recent 3.4 million investment in staffing as part of our commitment to improve the experiences of children young people with SEND and their families.

The Team
The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team works closely with families schools and other professionals to assess childrens needs and develop Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
We work alongside; Special Education Services SEND Funding and Provider Services and Educational Psychology and Therapeutic Services Social Care and Health and we are all dedicated to helping children and young people achieve their individual outcomes.
