Front Desk Administrator/Client Service Officer Full-Time

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients you will be a welcoming reassuring presence from the moment they arrive. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm organised and empathetic is essential to ensuring a positive and seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and support clients with empathy and professionalism
- Manage phone enquiries appointment bookings and message-taking with efficiency and warmth
- Maintain clear effective communication between clients and veterinary teams
- Process invoicing insurance claims and payment follow-ups
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry using EzyVet software
- Promote and maintain a clean safe and welcoming front-of-house area
- Uphold ethical standards privacy and confidentiality at all times
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing reception or administrative role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced emotionally sensitive environment
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office; experience with EzyVet or similar software is a plus
- Previous experience in veterinary or human healthcare is highly desirable
- A genuine love of animals and a compassionate approach to client care
