We are delighted to announce that we are hiring a Senior Project Manager for our esteemed client within the Construction Consultancy sector. Our client is a prominent entity that has been shaping the skyline of NI & ROI with its innovative projects. With a reputation for excellence and a portfolio that spans across multiple sectors including multi-residential education leisure and commercial they are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

The Role:
- To lead multiple projects taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery often with respect to large or complex projects.
- To act as the key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Proactive Client Business Development using your knowledge of the market to create news relationships alongside maintaining key relationship already established.
- Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the clients overall objectives.
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
The Person:
- 5 years experience as a Project Manager ideally within a consultancy or client facing environment.
- Ideally a degree in a Construction related discipline.
- Experienced in Public Work Contracts and Residential Builds.
- Chartered or ideally working towards Chartership (CIOB or RICS).
