Store Manager
The role:
- Oversee a large and modern store with staff of approximately 100
- Monitor and mentor the stores management team leading by example
- Implementing strategies to improve revenue growth sales training and development
- Managing the stores financials and reporting to Directors
- Ensuring store KPIs are being met and implementing strategies where not
- Ensure that any staff issues are dealt with efficiently and in line with HR procedures
- Create and provide training plans and personal development plans for all staff
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Stock Management
- Ensuring all HACCP and Store Health and Safety guidelines are met and adhered to
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years Store Management in the Grocery sector
- Passionate about training and developing staff members
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proven experience driving revenue growth
- Excellent team building and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fresh food knowledge
