Job Summary

About The Role

Fever has a unique offering for clients. As a result we have worked with top-tier brands across many verticals and are looking for someone who can lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies to enhance our brand presence and generate revenue. We are looking for a hungry sales professional to join and lead our Brand Partnerships team in Mumbai. This role involves identifying negotiating and managing partnerships with external organizations brands and events that align with our companys goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors partners and industry influencers
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Bring in suitable and ambitious client briefs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations
  • Attend client meetings and pitches
  • Strategically and creatively build a strong long-term pipeline
  • Meet quarterly sales goals
  • Identify and understand trends within entertainment experiences and social media and be able to articulate them to clients
  • Lead a team of sponsorship professionals providing guidance and support to achieve targets
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sponsorship management business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of securing and managing high-value sponsorships
  • Ability to build and foster strong client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • An entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • A self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time
  • Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
  • Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English language is a requirement

Desirable

  • A strong list of direct client and/or agency contacts
  • Experience in brand partnerships and/or brand experiences
